There has been rumours on Whatsapp and Facebook that the period of stay of teaching staff in KVs has been fixed to 5 years in a KV and 10 years at a station. Actually there is no mention about the period of stay regarding a teaching staff. The period of stay is applicable to non-teaching staff upto Assistant/UDC. Such rumours regarding teaching staff are baseless and unfounded. KVS staff suffering from 40% physical disability will get the benefit of some points in transfer form. I strongly condemn such rumours. In the BOG Meeting that took place on 13th of March 2015 recommendations of the Finance Committee related to transfer guidelines of teaching and non-teaching staff of KVS has been approved.Transfer forms are expected within 10 days.
